Qveen Herby turned The National in Richmond into her own kingdom during the Isle of Qveen Tour, delivering a performance filled with style, personality and plenty of surprises. Before she even stepped onto the stage, the show began with Herby hidden behind a curtain, revealing only her silhouette as anticipation built throughout the room. When the curtain finally dropped, she emerged aboard a massive cutout of the ss Qveen ship, taking her place as the captain and welcoming everyone aboard for the night.
From there, Herby commanded the stage with the confidence and energy fans have come to expect. The crowd sang, danced and remained locked in throughout the performance, creating a strong connection between the artist and her Qveen-dom. The theatrical presentation helped turn the concert into more than just a collection of songs—it felt like an entire world had been brought to life inside The National
The night also featured a special moment when Thot Squad returned to the stage to join Herby for “The Fool.” With the crowd already fired up, the collaboration added another burst of energy and gave the audience a moment to celebrate together.
As captain of the Qveen ship for the evening, Qveen Herby guided Richmond through a night of hip-hop, pop, attitude and theatrical spectacle. By the time the ship sailed out, there was little doubt that the Qveen had successfully conquered The National.
